Jurnal Hukum Islam Azzahro (JHIA) upholds academic integrity and is committed to preventing plagiarism in scholarly publications.

All submitted manuscripts will be screened for plagiarism using plagiarism detection software before the peer-review process. The journal ensures that every manuscript is checked to maintain originality and academic credibility.

If plagiarism is detected, the manuscript will be immediately rejected. In cases where plagiarism is discovered after publication, the journal reserves the right to retract the article and take appropriate actions according to the publication ethics.

Authors are responsible for ensuring that their submitted manuscripts are original works and have not been previously published or submitted elsewhere.
